	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros N/A. Cons This software has so many limitations and is made for not professional use. The report on the property profits/losses is not provided and cannot be used at all unless you want to confuse all the accountants. They charge the landlord's bank account to run the credit report for the tenant without the landlord's authorization. Customer service will never call you back because they have one person in customer service replying and often this person does not have the correct answer.
