Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Love the ease to sign up and create events lots of options for payment processors and easy to link them to your profile site looks good and is fast no lagging in the service Easy interface, free for the user, allows several people different levels of access to what they can do within the system. Easy to promote and can even nest within your webpage. As a new user not knowing anything about this site it was very user friendly easy to set up and navigate. I only got through the setting up part we've only used it for one day so I can't really give much of a review for anything further than the setup project The ease of set up and the step-by-step instructions allowed for an intuitive process of creating an account, creating an event - and publishing the event. I never used any other streaming software so I don’t have anything to contrast the product with - but with how easy this was, I can’t see any reason I would check out their competitors. I Recommend this platform. I've had a great experience using PromoTix for managing event ticketing. The platform is easy to use, making it simple to create events, sell tickets, and keep everything organized. The setup process was straightforward, and the overall experience has been smooth and reliable. I also appreciate their responsive customer support and their commitment to improving the platform. If you're looking for an affordable and user-friendly ticketing solution, I'd definitely recommend giving PromoTix a try. Cons What's not to like? too many good things about the service so far no dislikes Honestly, not many cons, very basic looking, but nothing really wrong with that. As of now I have nothing bad to say like I said it is our first time using it today so I didn't run into any issues yet Aesthetic design choices but that’s highly subjective- it functions great. Very responsive to any questions and quick to help with any issues. The integration with ShoFlo was awesome. The event platform is user friendly and clear. I was able to set up an event very quickly with little training. The platform was able to be customized to meet the specific needs of my event, including associated branding. Multiple rooms allowed for a memorable yet intimate experience for the attendees. Highly customizable and flexible. Adaptable to different events. Affordable pricing and didn't take long to get launched. The platform was customizable. It looked professional and was well organized. Video and sound were of high quality. The team followed up with helpful usage metrics. Cons -Issues with adding custom images to platform (although CS helped me find a workaround and ensured this issue would be fixed with the next code push) -Long walkthrough -Unable to customize information required for attendees Some development issues with timezones switching and some buttons now working, however, the dev team were quick to fix all issues before our event went live. There were a couple of technical issues that popped up, but those were addressed quickly by the support team. The platform is still new so the functionality is still developing. Even more customization and configuration would be great. I like the focus on this aspect. Setting up the platform required a lot of communication with the team. A manual tool to allow customers to set up themselves and tweak little details would have been preferred.
