Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Love the ease to sign up and create events lots of options for payment processors and easy to link them to your profile site looks good and is fast no lagging in the service Easy interface, free for the user, allows several people different levels of access to what they can do within the system. Easy to promote and can even nest within your webpage. As a new user not knowing anything about this site it was very user friendly easy to set up and navigate. I only got through the setting up part we've only used it for one day so I can't really give much of a review for anything further than the setup project The ease of set up and the step-by-step instructions allowed for an intuitive process of creating an account, creating an event - and publishing the event. I never used any other streaming software so I don’t have anything to contrast the product with - but with how easy this was, I can’t see any reason I would check out their competitors. I Recommend this platform. I've had a great experience using PromoTix for managing event ticketing. The platform is easy to use, making it simple to create events, sell tickets, and keep everything organized. The setup process was straightforward, and the overall experience has been smooth and reliable. I also appreciate their responsive customer support and their commitment to improving the platform. If you're looking for an affordable and user-friendly ticketing solution, I'd definitely recommend giving PromoTix a try. Cons What's not to like? too many good things about the service so far no dislikes Honestly, not many cons, very basic looking, but nothing really wrong with that. As of now I have nothing bad to say like I said it is our first time using it today so I didn't run into any issues yet Aesthetic design choices but that’s highly subjective- it functions great. It's an exceptional platform to start doing event marketing and channeling customers in an easier, more targeted, and efficient way. I have not had any problems with Splash; on the contrary, it is a unique software that has wholly covered our needs. Splash is a visually appealing tool with a well-organized user interface and practical features for optimizing event marketing processes. It makes everything easier for my team, from tracking leads to devising marketing strategies and events to attract customers and promote brand awareness. Splash helps me visualize a great job in events and user participation to motivate them to be my customers. The support is straightforward and helpful; it is beneficial and useful in my department for decision making. Cons The software is excellent; we have had no problems at all thanks to its correct functioning. On the other hand, its user interface is not the most intuitive, and its customer support service can be improved. Although its performance is excellent and affordable, the payment methods it offers are a bit limited; I would like to be able to have more payment alternatives. It is very efficient in terms of deployment; however, there is a small detail that I don't like very much, which are the integrations.
