Its project templates ability is very time-saving, you can deploy pre-designed templates for any type of project. Project reporting on this platform is great. The user interface is super simple and smooth. Time and issue tracking perform very well. Project Insight has the budgeting part, which is vital for planning purposes. Also, Project Insight oversees the expenses that companies incur, to ensure only the accurate costs get used. Lastly, Project Insight has a workflow management strategy, suitable for time planning. Project Insight provides a reliable place to manage projects and track every activity. The Gantt charts are customizable and easy to view products. The interface is clean and intuitive. Helps in project planning. Project Insight has improved project, tasks and products visibility via GANTT and charts capabilities available on it. For easy and remote project management no other is versatile than Project Insights. It gives us great power to easily manage work and projects. It offers a robust dashboard, great task visualization, reports, multi-screen manager, Gantt charts, and workflow management. My favorite thing about Project Insight is its usability and frictionless project and task management. It helps to enhance productivity on every task and project and also gives the best visibility on its development. Project Insight is resourceful. The workplace customization works very well, it helps to collaborate and centralize all of the project management processes. The user interface is easy to navigate. Its mobile app is very handy to communicate with the team. It helps to plan and provides robust reports.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Productboard makes it easy to turn scattered customer feedback into clear priorities. The roadmap views are clean and easy to share with stakeholders, and the way it links feedback to features helps us justify decisions instead of just going with gut feeling. Integrations with tools like Slack and Jira also save a lot of manual work. The user interface is just awesome. Business progress mapping is a great feature. Team workflow management makes it easy to track work progress. Marketing planning to move the business in the right direction. #1- Productboard is an excellent product manager. #2- It helps you to build the best product by prioritizing user needs. #3- Slack integration gives a great experience. #4- It covers Sales, support, user feedback and analysis. Makes it easy to triage new inputs from all your team and manage research in a single place. You can prioritize ideas and features (weighted drivers, value/effort, visual matrix) easily; plan releases; communicate a roadmap, and work across teams. Super flexible but also rooted in a strong foundation of product excellence. Team is always growing the product (API, teams, improved insights as examples), and is very responsive. Cons The learning curve is steeper than expected, especially for new team members trying to understand how objectives, features, and releases connect. Some of the customization options are limited, and a few actions that feel like they should be simple end up taking more clicks than necessary. Pricing can also add up once you need more advanced features. I never encountered any problem with this platform. #1- Nothing to dislike about productboard. Its integration is best. Wish it had a slightly better Chrome extension and more prioritization options that allowed for custom calculations. Would also be nice if plans incorporated more Contributors or flexibility for Viewers to use the Chrome extension.
