About
Phoenix Upscaler is video-restoration software for Windows and Linux that processes footage on a compatible local graphics card. It is designed for home-video owners and hobbyist archivists working with VHS and camcorder transfers, DVDs, 8mm film scans, and older phone clips. Its tools include deinterlacing, noise and compression-artifact reduction, and enlargement to HD output, with presets tailored to common source types. An optional generative-detail mode can reconstruct fine texture while retaining the source image as its base. Users can compare results on short clips in a free trial before purchasing. The desktop license is a one-time payment and includes updates for use on up to three computers. A separate browser-based cloud workflow offers pay-per-clip processing for users without a suitable GPU; local processing keeps source footage on the user's computer.

About
Unlimited access to the world’s leading production-grade neural networks for video upscaling, deinterlacing, motion interpolation, and shake stabilization - all optimized for your local workstation. Topaz Video AI focuses solely on completing a few video enhancement tasks really well: deinterlacing, upscaling, and motion interpolation. We've taken five years to craft AI models robust enough for natural results on real-world footage. Topaz Video AI will also take full advantage of your modern workstation, as we partner directly with hardware manufacturers to optimize processing times. (Many of them already use Topaz Video AI to benchmark AI inference.) Own the software and use it for as many projects as you like, right in your existing workflow. Other video upscaling techniques often create a “shimmering” or “flickering” effect from different processing in adjacent frames. Topaz Video AI significantly reduces these artifacts.
