Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to use, easy to order plastic cards. GC machine super easy to use too. Invoices always very clear and on time. We could import from Moneris gift card program balance to Paystone app and we can see the each transaction on web dashboard which is very convenient. Fast response. Availability. Reliable. Great Custer service. Ease of use and pretty straight forward. They offer great service, the customer service is so friendly, and so quick! exactly what we needed. Great reports to look at for my business, helps with planning for the future and to get a look into the past. This solution has been installed in our cafeterias and it has improved our bottom line. Cons Do not have e-gift cards included on the price we pay as other Canadian companies offer. Do not see any support from your company to help with sales of plastic GC to our customers. We used to have Clover Flex and start using Paystone app, however, it’s not available for Clover Mini. We have more locations, but it’s not only one kind of device, so we use the different type of devices it depends on type of businesses. I hope it works in the future. Pricing. I am expecting prices to get revisited. More flexibility and options to link the service with e-loyalty and gift cards via email. Not many, I haven't used their product for too long, so it is hard to say! We are happy with the solution and have no recommendations.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy integration when it came to attaching API credentials to our LMS platform. Seamless connection back when calling the gift card to be viewed by a front end user. Tango Review is very user-friendly and easy to use. We can claim the incentive as the form of gift cards from many e-commerce platform like Amazon, Flipkart etc. I have been a professional reviewer since a long time, & i have been receiving my GC vouchers which can be claimed through Tango & I appreciate the level of smoothness while claiming the GC's. Its amazing i must say. I like its easiness and smoothness because anyone can avail it for various e-commerce sites with various options. Tango is simple to use, yet there's a lot of room for customization of user roles. Our clients love the choice aspect of the solution. Cons Nothing, honestly. The platform has been incredible so far. We can use this incentive in any others place expect what is mentioned there. We will get only gift card not cash. Two issues which i practically think need to be addresses at a higher level, One is limited amount options to claim vouchers as i receive vouchers in odd amounts so there always some amount which is pending into the wallet due to this reason. The small amount if can be counted together it is almost over $20. Second is non-transferable currency options it should be available. Sometimes it becomes not available for longer time. It would be nice to be able to edit the gift card choices without paying the custom link fee, particularly because they have options link wine.com that aren't acceptable for grant funded organizations.
