Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Paymo is a work management platform. Perfect software for small businesses. Some of its features are time tracking, reporting, invoicing, file management, team collaboration, resource management, task management, planning and scheduling. Reuse and create task templates. Provides Gantt chart view. Based on task priorities we can set filter from low to high. Reliable software. #1-Easy Collaboration tool for remote workflow and managing tasks. #2- Task management and team activity details for ongoing projects. #3- Time and expenses tracking for employees. Cons Built in time tracking, budgeting, estimate calculation and many more. No cons. #1- We had an overall positive experience with it.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Although at first I did not think this system would be suitable for our business (HR & Business Consulting), after a thorough initial consultation with their business development manager Marko, he helped us to understand how it could (and has!) save us hours in time and productivity. The ability for us to track time, allocate tasks and communicate efficiently on projects with both our internal employees and external consultants has saved significant amounts of co-ordination time and got rid of manual spreadsheets. We love the reporting function that is easy to use and lets you set it up exactly as you want rather than always have to "just make do" with standard reports. Our time spent on billing each month has also significantly reduced with easy integration with Quickbooks. My questions are always answered quickly and efficiently by the customer support team and they always find a way to achieve what you are asking for. Would highly recommend this product. It has everything our company needs for project and team management. It is a very easy and intuitive tool to use and saves us a lot of time. In addition, the customer service team is fast, efficient and friendly. If you need any adaptations that can be made, they will do it. A comprehensive tool that suits to track time, schedule plans, manage people in organization and keep all the financial data in one place. In our organization, it's been one of the most important tools that are adjustable for different needs e.g. C-level managers, other employees, contractors, and specialists from different departments. Cons We have struggled to find any to date. Any suggestions that we have that would make this product better are already on their "future development list". Undiscovered for now! For the time being, we have not found any major shortcomings. Currently, I haven't found any cons. Even if there are no features, the Productive crew helps to create customized solutions.
