Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The great part about PaySimple, is that they're constantly improving their software. Their mobile app used to be terrible, and now it's great. Their online/browser software is incredibly easy to use. Cons I don't like that you have to use their legacy software to manage payments. make it all the same.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - Sends the transactions from Shopify to Xero - in the same way that Shopify transfers the cash into our account - makes reconciliation a breeze. - Support has been great too, Kirill has been exceptional in getting to the bottom of my teething issues. I've been using this program for a few years now and it is very intelligent and saves my business hours of labor. George was a great asset in setting up my account and ensuring smart rules were working properly. Highly recommend Very knowledgeable. Quick availability for my consult. Fixed my problem within 1/2 hr. Guided me through the process and I never once felt overwhelmed due to lack of tech knowledge. The time and effort it has saved me has been invaluable, especially as transactions have continued to multiply. Synder syncs stripe and PayPal to our QBO effortlessly. I'm leaving a review now, because there was a technical error that was causing a small transaction not to sync. Clarissa was proactive enough to email me not just once, but to also follow up again with instructions how to resolve. I was confused as to how to accomplish so I spoke to Khalifa on their instant chat and even though it was a very specific problem with a very specific solution, we were able to figure it out together with patience. Thank you so much for the great app and the even greater customer service! We love Synder! We have a small business that holds a lot of daily transactions and syncing them with Quickbooks would be a nightmare manually. Synder has made the automation process smooth and their support team is always available to answer questions. George met with us recently due to a payment processor switch and quickly helped us set up everything just like it was before! Cons - Just be aware that you pay for our certain amount of syncs in your monthly budget and each transaction is equal to 1 sync. Can get pricey if you receive a lot of transactions. Great program, it can be difficult at first to understand however, their support is talented at ensuring everything the client needs is addressed No cons. Synder's service and product is a huge time saver. Cost deterred me at first, but it's worth the money! Nothing so far, we are currently hoping that they expand to other platforms to fully automate everything!
