    Pros: Dashboard and user interface. Excellent customer service. And it automates my accounting system.

    Cons: I love it all! It's smooth, reliable, and I love visiting the main page just to see the month's earnings in a single view.

    Pros: Easy to use. Easy to set up. Has drastically made the collections process faster and smoother and automated. Increased cash flow. Brought down my employees time calling clients over and over.

    Cons: None. We have had no issues with the software. Once the settings and parameters are places it’s totally flawless

    Pros: - super easy to setup and start using
    - integrates into our Quickbooks
    - collected from a large group of unpaid clients within 30 days.

    Cons: - some issues signing into the software (quickly resolved by support)
    - initial integration with Quickbooks needed a little manipulating, but we got it eventually with their support's help.

    Overall: In addition to being a great product, their support team has been very helpful in troubleshooting the few issues we've had. They're prompt and professional.
