Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Apparent ease of use, which unfortunately results in terrible customer service, terrible business attitude, extremely unprofessional. Despite the smooth integration with eBay, Packlick's deceptive practices overshadow any convenience. Integrating with eBay may seem convenient, but beware of Packlick's unethical behaviour, as they engage in scam-like practices, making the ease of integration irrelevant in light of their dishonest conduct. eBay parcel booking makes sending parcels cheaper and easy to do. But that is the only positive, if something goes wrong kiss your money goodbye Cons Packlink sells reliable and safe transport, and refuses to take responsibility when deliveries go wrong, specifically when compensating for damages). Packlick's eBay service turned out to be a nightmare. They demanded extra money initially, then doubled the charge, citing a fake parcel size issue. It felt like a blatant scam. I paid the inflated fee, realizing I was scammed. They prey on customers, evident in numerous negative reviews. They're shameless scammers thriving on deceit. Don't fall for their tricks or unjust fees. Avoid Packlick's services—they shamefully deceive customers. Don't bother insuring goods you send with Packlink - they never pay out on claims or accept responsibility. Almost impossible to contact anyone other than a bot , and their customer interfaces are hard to use. NOT RECOMMENDED unless you want to write your parcels off if anything goes wrong	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Efficient Order Management: ShipStation excels in streamlining order fulfillment. Analytics and reports empower businesses to make informed decisions and optimize their shipping strategies. For small to medium-sized businesses, shipping products can be a logistical headache. ShipStation made it simple for me to track my shipments and swiftly delete them from inventory. Our company uses ShipStation integrated with our Lightspeed eCommerce site. Once everything is setup, it works like a charm. Packages are just a few clicks away from being sent and the customer automatically receives the shipping confirmation and tracking information- which we have setup to be sent on our branded landing page. Need to split a shipment? No problem. Easy to use for integrating shipping on your ecommerce store. I like how easy it is to use and works seamlessly. Cons Learning Curve: While the platform is user-friendly, some users may experience a learning curve initially. Training and onboarding resources may be beneficial for new users. Cost Consideration: Depending on the scale of operations, the pricing structure may be a consideration. For smaller businesses, the cost may be relatively higher compared to alternative solutions. Customization Complexity: Advanced customization may require a deeper understanding of the platform, making it less accessible for users who are not well-versed in customization processes. Occasional Glitches: Some users have reported occasional glitches, such as delayed syncing or display issues. While these are infrequent, they can impact operational efficiency. ShipStation should be more user-friendly. It also lacks a robust reporting system. On this platform, I'd like to be able to dive into my sales statistics. The only critique I have is that we would love to be able to have the shipping cost automatically add in package insurance for selected items. There are times when the shipping cost exceeds what we have charged the customer- this is typically only when insurance is necessary. There's not really much for cons for ShipStation.
