Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The price and team licensing. Web based platform works flawlessly for most important major functions - e-signatures, pdf highliights, forms, templates. The one time I needed to email customer support with a question - they responded within minutes...with an actual answer (not an automated message). PDFfiller is an online editor of PDF. User-friendly software with very intuitive features. Saves lots of time and energy by automating the workflow process. Within a minute we can complete our whole process of documentation. It also allows to add textbox or add text in a PDF format document. Very much reliable and Secure software. Easy to use Edit or convert PDF Cloud Based - Always online Supports file import from cloud solutions Integrates with multiple 3rd party softwares E Signature feature for document signing Follows High security standards Cons I did not find their phone based app for scanning documents to pdf worked very well. I prefer other free versions of pdf scanners. This software is very easy to understand and use. No cons. Expensive pricing - there are alternatives with free or cheaper plans. OCR scanning feature needs improvement.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Bringing a 20mb scan down to under 3mb without visible quality loss was impressive. The process ran fast and the output stayed readable across every page. Encryption workflow is minimal: upload, set a password, choose print and edit permissions, download. No unnecessary screens or upsells between starting the process and getting a secured file back. Custom page ranges with individual file naming kept everything organized from the start. Each output section opened cleanly, formatting held, and no content went missing at split boundaries across the entire document. Fifteen product photos merged into one PDF with sharp resolution, correct ordering, and proper orientation on every page. Layout toggle between portrait and landscape handled mixed aspect ratios without cropping anything. Highlighting and sticky notes render crisply without affecting page load times. Color coding works well for organizing feedback by category, and every markup exports exactly as placed when downloading the final version. Cons A compression strength selector with labeled presets would help users pick the right balance. Expiring passwords or time-limited access would add flexibility for documents shared temporarily. Right now protection is permanent unless manually removed, which works but doesn't cover every sharing scenario cleanly. A visual page picker where you click pages to define ranges would feel more intuitive than manual number entry. Counting pages on a 200-page document and typing ranges introduces avoidable room for human error. Resolution presets labeled for specific use cases like "screen," "print," or "email" would make choosing output quality more intuitive than the current auto-setting, especially for users unfamiliar with DPI terminology. Annotation search or filtering by type would help on heavily marked-up documents. Scrolling through forty pages to find a specific comment gets inefficient, especially when multiple reviewers have added their own notes.
