Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros None. I found nothing useful in this product! I suggest you remove it from your site. It's a trap just a trap I like that I can convert multiple files into one file so several pages can all be printed with one command. I publish a small newsletter that originates as a word document. Saving it as a PDF before printing (after all the rewrites and corrections have been made) prevents any errors from being made with erroneous keystrokes when printing. I once had several hundred copies print with an error before I started making the final proof available as a PDF. Convenient, simple, excellent files. Everything works great. I basically use it to store all my documents in PDF format especially documents that I don't want to be changed. You must have it, all necessary PDF tools. There are shortcuts with the right mouse button, and many options to save the pdf file. Cons Trap ! pretend to be free when it's absolutely not ! It is a little inconvenient to go back to a word doc (or other working program) to make corrections. But that is the price I must pay in order to insure that the final copy stays unchanged while printing. Won't let me print locked pdf files. Not really much to complain about, except maybe the pricing, but that is not really an issue. No cons, I'm using for few hours and nothing wrong until now.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros User friendly software; the icons are tiny and not labeled but the labels pop up when mouse pointer is moved over the icon; good options to export to other formats; I like the OCR recognition feature which works fine; software works as expected; no bugs; good pricing. I think there are three pros to this tool. 1. This is the first real free PDF editor I've ever used. It is 100% free to edit text and images in PDF documents. 2. The interface is very beautiful and eye-catching which is quite different from other PDF tools. 3. The performance is good. Cons Very tiny icons which are not labeled; cannot cut-and-paste selected areas of a page; no phone customer support; had to send 5 emails before they responded; promised me one year use of UPDF AI but I never got to use it since they only gave me 2 weeks with a warning that they would automatically charge my credit card; scary customer support since they have no phone number of address in the U.S. Only in China. It is rather new in the market. At first, I don't trust it as I have never heard of it. But once I tried it, I begin to love it.
