Pros from Real Users Pros I don't know anything about the product. I was trying to open one file one day and I stumbled across this product that said it would open it for 99 cents. I had no idea that I was signing up for anything and it certainly was not clear that they would charge me $50 a month for something I'm really not even sure if I ever downloaded or used. Unfortunately it took me 3 payments to realize they were taking the money and they are not a decent enough company to do the right thing. Scammers!!!! I will make sure you will pay for what you did. You just wasted my time emailing you with my refund. You never refunded it to me!!!! No pros poor service unclear recurring charge refund denied very disappointing experience not worth it at all forever. I used it for a one time test and it was ok. I wanted to compress two videos but the final product lost quality. There are no pros ! Just stay away from this website as this is subscription trap and obviously this is a SCAM. N/A Nothing just for them to steal money and tell you that they can't refund you even though you dont need theire service Nothing extraordinary. You can find similar features on other apps which will not scam your money. This app is more like an enticement and entrapment to make you pay unwillingly. Professional appearance of document but took a lot of tries to have it downloaded professionally and then I had to print & scan it to be able to email it. Nothing		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros User friendly software; the icons are tiny and not labeled but the labels pop up when mouse pointer is moved over the icon; good options to export to other formats; I like the OCR recognition feature which works fine; software works as expected; no bugs; good pricing. I think there are three pros to this tool. 1. This is the first real free PDF editor I've ever used. It is 100% free to edit text and images in PDF documents. 2. The interface is very beautiful and eye-catching which is quite different from other PDF tools. 3. The performance is good. Cons Very tiny icons which are not labeled; cannot cut-and-paste selected areas of a page; no phone customer support; had to send 5 emails before they responded; promised me one year use of UPDF AI but I never got to use it since they only gave me 2 weeks with a warning that they would automatically charge my credit card; scary customer support since they have no phone number of address in the U.S. Only in China. It is rather new in the market. At first, I don't trust it as I have never heard of it. But once I tried it, I begin to love it.
