Pros from Real Users Pros I don't know anything about the product. I was trying to open one file one day and I stumbled across this product that said it would open it for 99 cents. I had no idea that I was signing up for anything and it certainly was not clear that they would charge me $50 a month for something I'm really not even sure if I ever downloaded or used. Unfortunately it took me 3 payments to realize they were taking the money and they are not a decent enough company to do the right thing. Scammers!!!! I will make sure you will pay for what you did. You just wasted my time emailing you with my refund. You never refunded it to me!!!! No pros poor service unclear recurring charge refund denied very disappointing experience not worth it at all forever. I used it for a one time test and it was ok. I wanted to compress two videos but the final product lost quality. There are no pros ! Just stay away from this website as this is subscription trap and obviously this is a SCAM. N/A Nothing just for them to steal money and tell you that they can't refund you even though you dont need theire service Nothing extraordinary. You can find similar features on other apps which will not scam your money. This app is more like an enticement and entrapment to make you pay unwillingly. Professional appearance of document but took a lot of tries to have it downloaded professionally and then I had to print & scan it to be able to email it. Nothing		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Whilst the overall experience was rotten, this software allowed me to edit/combine the important PDF I needed at the time. I would never purchase it again and STRONGLY warn you beware of the EXTRA EXPENSIVE AUTO-RENEWAL which they will try to force you to keep even if you request cancellation within days. Cons I purchased this product for multiple devices with the extras (OCR etc)... It didn't do what I needed elegantly: The keyboard shortcut support is bad, it's quite slow (even on a powerful device) and the registration process is not convenient. You have to login each time you use it.. Worst of all - After the first few months, the product REFUSED my login. I am a former Information Security Specialist and use a password manager. I triple checked to ensure no user error. I got busy, and let it go... At the start of this year, they stung me over $150AU for the renewal. I immediately emailed them and requested: a) Cancellation and refund for this year b) Refund for the 9 months of the prior year (where I could not use the software) c) Access to the logs of usage They ignored all of that and simply told me I'd agreed to the renewal as part of the sign up. I am not disputing the transaction with my credit card provider and warning anyone to be careful of these guys! Please don't get bitten like I did.
