Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Versatility, adaptability, ease of use, great customer service, always willing to take feedback and ideas to help improve the process. We love having an all-in-one system for our ordering and fulfillment. Our entire order workflow can be managed through Orderwerks. The offline feature works great for our field sales reps, as many are sometimes in rural areas where a data signal is weak. The scan and pick features help maintain a simple and accurate order fulfillment process in the warehouse. Also, the ever growing list of integrations offers great flexibility to businesses. Orderwerks is extremely user friendly and is specifically designed with our company's needs in mind! Cons Can get a little confusing on the administrative end at times, but that's nothing to work about because they have great customer support that can help you anytime. Only con would be in regards to the Quickbooks Desktop Integration. It isn't really something that is an issue with Orderwerks, but moreso with Quickbooks. Depending on what data is being sent to Quickbooks Desktop, there are sometimes issues with Sales Orders or Invoices not being created. But, support is very quick to resolve any problems that come up, usually within a few minutes! I cannot think of any cons regarding Orderwerks. Any issues that we have are resolved immediately!	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The ease of using their system, form the up front training to questions/help on line. As a smaller publisher, I like the fact that they notify me when orders have been placed. The interface is very easy to use. Even the "technology challenged" will not have an issue using it. I love the fact that I can invoice my clients directly through Foundry, and payment is received within a couple of days. I do not have to deal with paperwork or the postal system. Anytime I have a question it is promptly answered and I am made to feel that I am their most important client at that time. Problems are fixed promptly and accurately the first time. The staff is always friendly and professional. TrueCommerce is easy to use, easy to learn and the support is great. You can submit a question online or call for immediate assistance. I have been using this platform for years. The more experience I have, the more I get to know it; plus the agents let you know what they are doing so a lot of the time you can fix things on your end with updates to accounting platforms and integration etc. Very user friendly. I am not great with computers but even I can manage this. Everything is at your fingertips. You don't have to go searching for everything. Cons None at this time. Sometimes when asking questions I have to dive in deep to find my answers. We don't have any. Everything always works as it should. I don't have anything negative to say, I like all aspects of the company. I still would like to see the ship date in an inbox column. Would be way easier instead of printing every PO. Nothing comes to mind as being a problem. I like all the stuff.
