	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros None of the Support Contact Numbers are active, Total service is in shutdown mode, not able to operate since last 7 days, Got stuck as unable to answer my customers as the Details got locked by the online software which is not working. Simple. Easy to use, budget friendly, have used it for the last 6 months. Support is also good, instant replies from the team. I am thoroughly impressed with the software. As a technician, I found it to be extremely user-friendly and packed with features that make my job much easier. The price is also very reasonable, making it a great value for the money. I highly recommend this software to anyone in the field. I post this feedback on my 6 months of experiences really very good user interface and easy to use really dedicated for repair shop. price also good pocket friendly. Cons Tried several times since last 7 days unable to reach both sales and the service Team of Weefix. I think they have a small team, they take feature requests and do them but it takes a little time like 15 to 20 per day for a new feature. I have been using the software for a while now and I am impressed with how well it performs. As a new player in the market, the software has exceeded my expectations. However, there are a few areas where it could be improved. For example, I would like to see quicker processing time and a few more features that would make my job even easier. Overall, I am very satisfied with the software and I believe it has a lot of potential for growth in the future. Currently available for single store, waiting for multiple branch.
