Our support options provide a convenient way to access the knowledge and experience of the team from Alkacon that is responsible for the OpenCms core development. Incident based support is available for customers with only a limited number of questions about OpenCms. Incident based support is available in pre-purchased packages of 10 incidents. For both premium and incident support offerings, our standard OpenCms support terms and conditions apply. Should your support requirements be different, we can also offer you an individual OpenCms consulting agreement. During the phone call, you can ask several OpenCms related questions, which our answering consultant will try to answer to the best of his abilities.

You can ask and answer questions, upvote and downvote posts, and earn badges and a reputation. Each edit creates a new revision, making it easy to follow the history of edits. Each post is indexed and analyzed by Para and Elasticsearch — a powerful search engine. You can search for users, questions, and answers from the search bar on top. Questions can be associated with a specific location and then filtered based on that location. This feature enables geolocation queries an gives you the option to search for questions around you. Scoold has a simple but effective reputation system with badges.
