Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Nothing - even worse if you do not have consistently good internet! I have lost files - I have used the wrong version of files. I have spent hours trying to fix this. Even ChatGPT gave up and said talk to MS Support! The content collaboration features of Microsoft OneDrive are excellent. This has been a superb and friendly tool that makes the sharing of files so smooth and efficient. I am impressed by the simplicity and ease of use of Microsoft OneDrive. Microsoft OneDrive keeps our files secure online. Useful collaboration features like document co-authoring. Robust mobile apps allow accessing files on the go. Also amazing integration with other Microsoft apps. The platform's synchronization functionality allows for easy access to files across devices, which further enhances flexibility for the users on the go. Cons It tries to take over - it falsely claims folders are synced when they are not and beware the BIG one - folders that are ONLY on Onedrive Cloud but not locally on your drive. Despite setting the folder to ALWYS be on your device. I am impressed because all the features of Microsoft OneDrive are amazing and reliable. I do not have even a single complaint. I have zero issues with Microsoft OneDrive. Microsoft OneDrive has been amazing. Syncing large folders can be slow & error prone, Advanced features requires Microsoft 265 subscription. When dealing with a large no. of files & folders it has been a bit messy.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros No pros, service only collecting money. Uploaded file disappearing and after download request you getting an error message like "Whoops, looks like something went wrong". Initially I was happy with the 4 tb for a great price but - NOW I CANNOT ACCESS ANYTHING I had uploaded None. There are no positive attributes for this company. Please everyone stay away and don't have your money stolen. None. This isn't a real service. It's a fake storage client. Can't wait for authorities to catch up with them. As long as the function was given i liked the easy handling per website, i liked the pricing, but it was too cheap to be true. Cons Doesn't work at all. Uploaded file disappearing and after download request you getting an error message like "Whoops, looks like something went wrong". Customer Service will not even help or even reply I have reached out numerous times and even replied to their attempts to "offer more storage" at discounted prices, but no one will answer or explain why my files cannot be accessed in any manner. All I can see is the tile showing the folder or file icon and multiple attempts to download my files over the past couple of years has been futile. I was able to add two files while I was trying to see what the issues were as I thought maybe newer files would work like it should, but even these were not able to be downloaded or viewed. They are stealing people's money but offering accounts that do not work. I purchased a lifetime plan and it does not work. Their support has not answered after many emails. If I could rate this company/service zero I would. There needs to be legal action against this enterprise. This is financial cyber fraud. Thunderdrive.io doesn't really exist. Bought a lifetime subscription in 2020. Since several months my stored files are not accessible. Not at all. They seem to be there but they are not downloadable or viewable. Nothing. Upload is very slow. There is no versioning. There is no app for sync or something similar, just the website. There is no support, just a bot. There is no owners record, no responsible person, no phone number.
