Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Nothing - even worse if you do not have consistently good internet! I have lost files - I have used the wrong version of files. I have spent hours trying to fix this. Even ChatGPT gave up and said talk to MS Support! The content collaboration features of Microsoft OneDrive are excellent. This has been a superb and friendly tool that makes the sharing of files so smooth and efficient. I am impressed by the simplicity and ease of use of Microsoft OneDrive. Microsoft OneDrive keeps our files secure online. Useful collaboration features like document co-authoring. Robust mobile apps allow accessing files on the go. Also amazing integration with other Microsoft apps. The platform's synchronization functionality allows for easy access to files across devices, which further enhances flexibility for the users on the go. Cons It tries to take over - it falsely claims folders are synced when they are not and beware the BIG one - folders that are ONLY on Onedrive Cloud but not locally on your drive. Despite setting the folder to ALWYS be on your device. I am impressed because all the features of Microsoft OneDrive are amazing and reliable. I do not have even a single complaint. I have zero issues with Microsoft OneDrive. Microsoft OneDrive has been amazing. Syncing large folders can be slow & error prone, Advanced features requires Microsoft 265 subscription. When dealing with a large no. of files & folders it has been a bit messy.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The best option I liked is its file share option. It allows transferring of files between teams and clients. Its cloud storage provides a high grade of security for files/documents. The whole team can stay and manage files on Onehub. Allows customization in the sign-in page according to business. Save hard disk space by improving synchronization functions. Sufficient storage space for all types of documents. Feedback within the work team is attributed to excellent tools that provide collaboration capabilities. Back up to protect all important documents in all situations. This is very useful for backing up all my documents and storing all my information securely, as it allows us to exchange and transfer important documents. I like that it can be integrated with many tools and there will be OneHub where it is needed. It is integrated into the cloud with a large storage space, and this feature can be extensively managed by organizing all the work in folders. This is also the one-stop shop to ensure that every project is done collaboratively and every staff member can use it to produce videos and important documents. OneHub is a time-saving tool, it gives us secure file storage where any authorized staff can access or share the files. The interface makes it a very easy and hassle-free platform for storing files. Also very handy for remote employees. OneHub makes team collaboration possible with remote file sharing. Its user interface is super intuitive. I liked its file settings to auto authenticate user, who can access and others can't. It allows limitless file sharing. Sharing a large file with our remote employee was always a tough thing to do. But after having Onehub in our business we can send limitless files to any employees without compromising security and much effort. It offers great numbers of setting to ease access and file approval. Cons Till now I haven't found any downside when using Onehub. The quality of the previews is poor, and the idea of the previews is to view them without downloading them, but this is not the case. You need to download them to see better image quality. This can be a very high cost in relation to the operating cost of a small business. It needs better automation on scheduled data backup. Never faced any problems in sharing files. Go for it. None. No cons to share. It's my favorite tool for file sharing.
