Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros OctopusPro helps us manage maintenance and service requests across multiple food facilities. Scheduling and job tracking ensure equipment issues are handled quickly. OctopusPro helps our software team coordinate service requests, technician assignments, and follow-ups in one place. The system supports structured workflows, which is important when managing multiple clients. OctopusPro does a great job combining scheduling, CRM, and invoicing in one platform. Job assignments and technician tracking are easy to manage, and automated reminders help reduce missed appointments What I like most about OctopusPro is how comprehensive it is. The scheduling and dispatching features make it easy to assign jobs and track technicians in real time. The built-in CRM keeps customer data, job history, and communication well organized, which improves follow-ups and customer service. I also appreciate the automation features for invoices, reminders, and notifications, as they save a lot of time. OctopusPro's service has been a great compliant service with our company's needs, and it has set the pace for effective field service management. Cons Nothing visible to dislike about OctopusPro. The system is quite perfect. There isn't much I have noticed during the onboarding and after process of Octopuspro, seems perfect to me. The Interface can feel complex at first due to the number of features The interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first due to the number of features available. There is a learning curve, especially for new users who are not familiar with field service software. Some advanced customization options could also be more intuitive, but this improves once you spend time with the system. We visibly don't have aything that we dislike about OctopusPro.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It is clear and very sophisticated tool for pest control industry. As PCO company you have all you need! PestScan is great for contracts at companies where you plan 8 visits per year and additional visits. It is possible to build an API with PestScan. Cons There is no bad things. Maybe just design could be little better. PestScan offers an option for one time visits. In the app there price of the visit + materials is correct but at the work order the client receives, the costs of materials is left out. So the customers doesn't get the right price. Also Pestscan is not able to make collection-invoices. You can only invoice 1 visit or the contractprice. They don't take your input seriously. They always tell you that 'you are the only one with the problem'. While talking to other companies that had the same input. They are only occupied by extending their business outside The Netherlands.
