Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros After extensive research to find the best software compatible with QuickBooks, I found that Now Commerce offers the most robust functionality and features. One of the standout aspects is the ability to create customized order forms for our clients, which has been incredibly helpful in streamlining our processes. The software is user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and manage daily operations without complications. Additionally, the customer service is exceptional. Every time I reach out for assistance, they either answer immediately or return my call very quickly. Their team consistently resolves any issues while I’m still on the phone, ensuring that I can get back to work without delay. Easy to use way to interface QuickBooks Desktop to our 3PL. Staff is responsive to all customer service needs. The customer service agents are extremely helpful and dedicated in helping with all your company needs. The program also integrates into the accounting software which allows your company to be more efficient and eliminates the extra data entry time with invoices. The design of the product is simple and easy to use on all devices. Perfectly integrated with QB's. Saves us an enormous amount of time processing customer's orders. Our customers can access almost real time inventory. Customer support is the best. Very knowledgeable and quick to resolve issues. Never have had any down time or technical problems. Cons None. My only regret is that I didn't find Now Commerce sooner. As of last time I checked (2024), they did not have a QuickBooks Online solution. No cons, once set up the system runs itself. Possibly a dedicated app that can be used on a iOS device for a one click icon The cons actually originate with QB's (not NowCommerce). The web connector on QB's does not update quick enough. It would be beneficial for it to update quicker so that my customers have better real time connection to my inventory. Nothing comes to mind. I have never had a negative experience. Managers have immediate visibility into activities without waiting for end-of-day updates. Customer follow-ups are much more consistent now. The platform helped us move away from disconnected spreadsheets and emails. Orders, customer history, and Field Sales activities are all centralized now. The interface is straightforward enough for a small team to adopt quickly. We evaluated several CPG Software tools, and SimplyDepo felt the most practical for daily operations. It combines order tracking, Retail Execution, and reporting without becoming overly complicated. Support has also been responsive during rollout. Order Management is much smoother compared to our previous spreadsheet setup. Reps can create and adjust orders in real time, which reduces delays and errors. The system fits well for small CPG Software teams scaling operations. SimplyDepo combines Retail Execution, Order Management, and reporting in one system. It’s flexible enough for growing CPG Software operations without becoming overly complex. Cross-team visibility improved significantly. Cons The mobile app occasionally requires additional syncing time when large amounts of data are uploaded. Some advanced territory planning features could be expanded further. Neither issue has significantly affected operations. We would like to see more detailed forecasting and trend analysis features in future updates. Some advanced reporting still requires manual exports. These limitations haven’t affected daily execution significantly. Some advanced automation settings require additional configuration. Reporting flexibility could continue improving for executive-level reviews. Core functionality remains stable and easy to use. Initial onboarding required aligning our internal order processes. Some reporting features needed configuration to match our workflows. After setup, daily use is stable. Some advanced integrations required additional setup time.
