Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The user interface is very appealing and onboarding large groups of teams is easy. Instant messaging, document management, task tracking and progress overviewing. It has Multi-platform application support. File transfer is integrated into messaging screen. Ease of use and set up. Support help is great. Change requests are listened to. Navigation of system and setting are simple. System is ever growing and expandable. Budget minded system for smaller operations. Even novice like myself can build it. Cons Never faced any major problems using Noodle. No cons. Chat function is not easily controllable and can not change locations of tool. (Needs a "stop" light of sorts to show when a user is busy or off line). System times out with screen saver activation.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Allows for a collaborative place for my colleagues and me to share ideas, projects, and tasks. Incredibly resource since working remotely. Easy to connect with employees and work. Good video and audio connect which also work great in low connect. I like the simple and interactive method that we can maintain communication, as well as working together between co-workers with Workplace by Facebook, I like this job system, it has a user interface comparable to the social media network Facebook, in addition to being used by all the employees of our company, they were able to share suggestions, chat, make audio and video phone calls, share papers and more, in a very simple to use and also familiar environment. Workplace by Facebook is a good place for formal and informal communication in organizations. It has easy setup with single sign on of company credentials and employees can share their thoughts and also make announcements on walls just like normal Facebook. I like that I can use something just for my business Facebook page and I do not get it confused with my personal one. Cons Support is incredibly slow when there are any operational issues with this platform. User interface can be improved for non-technical people. I like to integrate with online office devices to modify documents and also spreadsheets online through the system. Eventually we found instability in the system and a drop in the program's functioning. The notification links which we get in emails mostly redirects to a different thread instead of the actual post. It is not user friendly as I think it should be. It also does not always notify me and then when I do look at it, it does not show that I looked at the notification.
