Uptime.com provides real results on web monitoring and integrations which helps you to identify errors in website integration and web page loading speed. Then it also has co-operative support team which is readily available to assist you. 1. Simple UI to navigate across the application 2. Very Good Documentation and Easy Health Configurations [website, SSL, API, Synthetic] on the Uptime website 3. On Prem Setup is simple for Monitoring the Internal URLs which are not exposed to the Public Domain. 4. Support Response time and assistance on the requests is Fantastic [Most Important Point for any Product] 5. Reliable Alerting,Identification for IT Team to Resolve Outages before its causes widespread Outage. Very intuitive UI and easy to use. We use the status pages feature primarily, super easy to send updates to customers confidently. The dashboard is also super helpful, displaying the current availability. Obviously designed by someone with a background or at least a good understanding of operations/platforms teams. The tool is helpful to measure the availability SLA for our servers hosted with Database. It has various options and the TCP is the best fit. Helps us monitor our external portals Support is always there to help us in any scenario Platform is easy to use and implement. We were running in minutes with transactional checks that kept tabs on how our public portals were doing. - User Friendly UI, which is easy to understand and easy to configure - Quick response from the Support team on the user issues - Best Pricing compared to other tools which is budget friendly - Capability to integrate with multiple tools like PagerDuty - They are providing their best. We requested for Transaction checks increase, along with that we received Reports and Dashboards too.
