	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Tons of reporting and information stored. There are absolutely NO other Pros to using this defunct system. I think these are nice guys, not malicious scammers, but as far as positive aspects about their system--as soon as I think of one, I will let you know. Cons Customer service takes forever. Reports are difficult to figure out. They changed my subscription rate several times. They often place blame on my POS company for their applications failures. They told me it would be a seamless integration and that they would be able to set up my frequent buyer accounts but they did many of them wrong. --does not integrate with Counterpoint very well --slow/no service response --clunky and redundant integration site --slow hosting due to narrow bandwidth --as "buggy" as I have ever seen
