Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros They provide perks to a ton of different places. They have cool tools to motivate our employees. Big fans! When working with the team, we use Nectar for incentives for the team which is a great tool to motivate them and help them reach their monthly KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) Nectar is very easy to use. The overall design is simple and navigation is easy. The new shout-out box has buttons for adding people/points/hashtags instead of relying solely on keyboard shortcuts like @ and +, which makes the process a little easier, especially since you can search the people box for names The social-media-like layout that allows employees to see other employees' feedback and add their own points or comments is great. In my opinion, it encourages keeping an eye on what's going on so that people can share in the success of others and help to build them up as well. Ease of Access, sendable Gifs, I like that all employees are listed and not just the ones that work in the offices. -Very very easy to share a quick message thanking/congratulating a coworker. No need to navigate multiple pages or menu's, it's done straight from the field where you post. -Notifications allow you to go back and review your shout-outs which is nice, instead of them being forgotten. -Customer Service was very helpful when I had an issue regarding my points not appearing correctly. Cons It doesn't get used as much for our company and only motivates some. The point system can be a bit confusing in that we cannot check to see which ones are live and which ones have expired. There's no option for an employee to choose whether or not their birthday is published. An admin has to remove the birthday from the employee's account if they don't want it published on the day of. Clicking on a notification to see a shout-out in the timeline rarely works. If enough time passes, clicking on a notification just refreshes the page without actually taking you to the shout-out. If you need to read an older one, you've got to go into your account and read your activity instead. Lack of pts to give away, it would be more fun if we were given like 200pts per month, or 50per wk. Only con was my points seemed to reset and not rollover after my first month - However a quick e-mail chain w/ Customer Service resolved the issue, and it was likely my own error that caused it.		Pros from Real Users Pros I love that Kazoo is a platform where we as a team and company can focus on positive "shout-outs" to people we work with. It has created a habit in myself where I look for great things that my teammates are doing and make sure to reward them for it. I also think it is fun to then using the reward points towards actual gifts. Kazoo helps in tracking progress of our work. Provides innovation and collaboration support. Integrates easily with calendar. Dashboards are very interactive. Easy to setup and understand. Using this software our team feels connected. Easily customisable features. All in one solution.
