Pros from Real Users Pros The videos are short & engaging. The content is easily digestible for the wide range in age of our employees. The program as a whole is really friendly and the customer service gets 5 stars. My rep answers me within minutes or email her and has helped me make sure our employees stay up to date on completing their training. I have also learned so much from the training videos! For us, the number one pro is having the videos hosted via NINJIO. The short videos are far superior to lengthy and often (let's face it) boring once a year trainings that are so common with cyber security. Coupled with the quiz at the end of each video, employees stay engaged. Also, the subject matter is relevant and the tips and tricks are reasonable to the every day person. Finally, administering the trainings is absolutely low maintenance. It is as close to 'set it and forget it' as you can get. Just review the next video and do nothing if you like it or choose from a plethora of past episodes if you don't like it. Simple! NINJIO has been a great way for all of our employees to stay current on the threats and dangers on the web and how to protect themselves. They really learn from these lessons and it even spurs conversations about it! * Great support from entire Ninjio team * Creative, drip-marketing approach keeps the topics fresh * Campaign management made simple Micro learning sessions provide compliance training for security in a few minutes a week. It makes it easy to reach compliance goals and provide evidence for certification. Great content that keeps one's attention based on real cases. Quick and easy! It does not seem like 4 minutes. The quiz at the end is easy and explains the answers if I make a wrong choice. Easy to use, relevant to real life scenarios. Options to reduce or increase the frequency they are sent to users.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It’s straightforward, and that’s the key. Many security awareness tools overwhelm you with slides that nobody finishes. This one doesn’t. The material is clearly written by knowledgeable individuals, not generic compliance filler. The examples align with real-world situations. Sales Instinct has an intuitive interface and I was in control of my learning in micro modules... no long sessions with videos and cheesy skits. The pricing was transparent and install simple. Cuts to the chase and has the reporting/compliance needed. The platform is intuitive, easy to set up, and simple to navigate. It provides useful insights in a clear, organized format and makes it easy to stay informed without feeling overwhelmed. I appreciate how reliable and user friendly it is. The setup is genuinely fast for a security product. I came in from an infrastructure background expecting the usual enterprise onboarding friction and there was none. The content is short enough that people finish it, which is the part most awareness tools get wrong. It also gave us documented training records that we are using as evidence in our [certification] audit preparation, which saved me building that from scratch. Cons Having a mobile app is a significant advantage, especially for our team, which relies heavily on their phones for work. They would gladly spend short periods on their phones during their commutes if they had access to a mobile app. These trainings are always a bit dry but that is the nature of the material. I haven’t experienced any major issues. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to add more customization options for alerts and reports, along with a few more advanced features for users who want additional detail. English only. My team is French-speaking and while everyone gets by, non-native speakers slow down on the written scenarios and I know the material lands less well than it would in their own language. Localisation would remove the main friction I have with it.
