Pros: The team at Defendify where so easy to deal with and were very proactive. I really felt they listened to what I needed and (of course there was a sales pitch for extra services), it wasn't pushy and it was tailored to our needs.
Support has been responsive and everything is super easy to setup.Cons: Nothing so far. I guess only that you get a teaser of the extra services.
Overall: The experience has been really good so far.

From the initial meet-and-greet, the discovery meetings and the support has been very positive.
No heavy sales, just listening to what we needed and building a plan to suit.
