Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Creates great virtual tours very quickly. You can very simply upload and stitch together the panorama images and the menu and floorplan options are excellent. The hosting only option is perfect for me and my company, we only pay for the service when we use it and we don't have to pay when out months are more quiet. Customer support are amazing, there is always someone who are happy to help for us. The tool is easy to use when you get use to it, first time a bit harder for me, but the live chat support helped me out. They have a lots of videos to help you, and they always add some new features. When they make something new, they don't charge you extra money, like other providers do. Also cheaper to work with it, like anything else. Great customer support \| Highly customizable \| Super simple \| Fast support \| Affordable price \| Advanced features \| Amazing platform (ux friendly) \| Cost effective. Great customer service, easy to use, and the videos/ tours are good quality, have been customised with our logo so look very professional. Quality of the video is good, it loads fast, the service experience is positive they answer and solve any queries fast, the software allows easy sharing and integration. Cons Creating the menu can be a little clunky, and we would prefer to have more hotspots or custom designed hotspots for our purposes. Dollhouse view, live customer service are fantastic. One can only pay monthly subscription via PayPal platform. Have never had an issue with the software or the service, always a very positive experience At first you need to get familiarized with the software but ones you know everything is perfect.
