Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I think it a great idea to let employee know you appreciate them. I get to see special event in other employee's life. It's fairly easy to navigate and to use. Everything about it is pretty much straight forward. I'd say it's very much user friendly. It is super easy to use and my company is easily able to set up new rewards and categories. Makes a great incentive for our employees and it has a great selection of gift cards that you can redeem your moto for! - The actual money was a huge motivator for people to use it. - The manager tools were useful. - Easily accessed Org Chart. Ability to recognize anyone in the company for the great things they are doing. Built in leaderboards Choose the amount you want to give. Cash in rewards for Gift cards Cons There are no cons about this program it a good tool to use to get employees notice. It doesn't seem to allow gifs. Also, the web version doesn't refresh very well. I have not found anything yet that I do not like with Motivosity. - The manager to do's were a little confusing to fulfill. I don't have any cons to share, I really enjoy using this.		Pros from Real Users Pros I love that Kazoo is a platform where we as a team and company can focus on positive "shout-outs" to people we work with. It has created a habit in myself where I look for great things that my teammates are doing and make sure to reward them for it. I also think it is fun to then using the reward points towards actual gifts. Kazoo helps in tracking progress of our work. Provides innovation and collaboration support. Integrates easily with calendar. Dashboards are very interactive. Easy to setup and understand. Using this software our team feels connected. Easily customisable features. All in one solution.
