Pros

• Finding a decent PDF converter is hard as there are so many scammers out there. I have been able to amend, edit and process all the required PDF documents I needed using PDF extra without any issues or restrictions. It is truly an amazing resource and very user friendly. I can highly recommend this to anyone searching for a valuable resource to work with.
• Easy to use and able to manage my documents good enough from the work that I needed for, with simple edits.
• I like that I can use PDF Extra at work. It really helps to fill and edit documents with ease. The navigation is user friendly.
• The ability to edit PDF’s on the fly from my phone. Then accessing the file remotely from online storage. There were some hiccups in the beginning, but I like using PDF Extra.
• All of it, easy to use, quick to set-up and more functions than the free adobe but also a great alternative to the paid for version also.
• I like the edit feature of Pdf because sometimes when your just filling in it only takes a certain size font and you can't change it to make everything fit but with the edit feature you can just add something like a text box and that way you can control the font and make sure everything fits on the line of a pre-filled document.
• User-friendly is a huge PLUS as well as all the features. I have not explored them all yet. But so far I love working with it. My job is a remote position and I love the Stamps and Digital Signatures, as well as creating a Form. I am constantly having to create a form as I am in the Medical Administrative Field and PDF X makes it very easy and less time-consuming, which is a HUGE PLUS when a New Form is needed. And even if you have to Update an old form. Scan it, PDF X will recognize the text and you can RECREATE a brand new form that looks a lot more Professional. My next form will be using the QR feature to take payments. Scan the QR Code on your Statement and pay your bill!! I am almost finished with it. Can't wait until my Patients See this feature!!

• I was able to use and edit pdfs on my phone and laptop without having to download the file each time I needed to switch between platforms.
