Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There are many positives with this program, the various features are nicely explained within the program and are easy to use. For example, the GANTT chart features and customization options provides a wonderful illustration of the tasks and overall course of the project. The user interface of the product is excellent and meets or exceeds other Microsoft branded products. It has helped my team stay on track with projects in our office, allows for us to see the trajectory of the next few months in a detailed way, and has several layouts for folks to choose what is the best for them. My favorite part of projects is its integration with other Microsoft products, since my office uses these exclusively. It enhances the value of Projects, Teams, etc since they all work seamlessly together! Microsoft Project allows firms to be in charge of all the procedures and operations that are conducted within the company. More so, Microsoft Project brings accuracy in terms of payments and costs management. Further, Microsoft Project concentrates on better cloud space, for projects and database. This program is great for the price that you pay for. It has all the features that you would need to create schedules, log time, manpower, cost to it like other programs for less cost. Microsoft Project is very user friendly and easy to pick up. It's great for creating and updating construction schedules. Cons I had access to Microsoft Project via my educational institution and I used this access for both academic projects and personal usage. That said my only real con for this program is the cost, the cost for this product is fairly high and the yearly subscription for the on-premise versions varies from several hundred to over a thousand which is cost-prohibitive to many smaller entities. There was a steep learning curve to the software, and I still feel like we are not utilizing it fully. There are lots of online forums and guides, but it is not as user friendly as I'd like it to be on its own. Microsoft Project is a stable and focused program for managing all operations, however, Microsoft Project requires a swift price control, to bring more clients. There is better management of operations using Microsoft Project, but credible price rates are vital. It's a bit of a learning curve using this program but once you get a hang of it then it's really easy to use and update. I don't really like the cost/accounting portion of Project. It may be helpful to some, but I prefer to keep the accounting portion out of my project schedule.		Pros from Real Users Pros Robust features for task management: Assignments, task tracking & Gantt charts. Real time workloads help optimize resource allocation. Its project templates ability is very time-saving, you can deploy pre-designed templates for any type of project. Project reporting on this platform is great. The user interface is super simple and smooth. Time and issue tracking perform very well. Project Insight has the budgeting part, which is vital for planning purposes. Also, Project Insight oversees the expenses that companies incur, to ensure only the accurate costs get used. Lastly, Project Insight has a workflow management strategy, suitable for time planning. Project Insight provides a reliable place to manage projects and track every activity. The Gantt charts are customizable and easy to view products. The interface is clean and intuitive. Helps in project planning. Project Insight has improved project, tasks and products visibility via GANTT and charts capabilities available on it. For easy and remote project management no other is versatile than Project Insights. It gives us great power to easily manage work and projects. It offers a robust dashboard, great task visualization, reports, multi-screen manager, Gantt charts, and workflow management. My favorite thing about Project Insight is its usability and frictionless project and task management. It helps to enhance productivity on every task and project and also gives the best visibility on its development. Project Insight is resourceful. The workplace customization works very well, it helps to collaborate and centralize all of the project management processes. The user interface is easy to navigate. Its mobile app is very handy to communicate with the team. It helps to plan and provides robust reports.
