Method Grid allows us to map anything our team does. Very simple grid system. Highly flexible. It allows to display documents, external links, videos, checklist, images and cloud documents. Easy, quick and fast to pickup. Organises memorialize and project data and process steps. User friendly. Intuitive tool. This is absolutely an amazing tool to manage your projects with your organization. Our business project management has significantly improved and makes everything much easier. The great thing about Method Grid is that you can provide updates and comments to your team members. It offers great customization features that many will enjoy. Method Grid is an intuitive way to store knowledge for easy retrieval by other members of our team. It is totally configurable to fit your processes and set up a taxonomy that works for your business. Colleagues find it much easier to find the current, approved information they need than storing in a network or cloud drive due to the structural design being consistent with our processes. The software is constantly being enhanced with new features and the team is highly responsive to suggestions for improvements. It's now possible to clone grids and have checklists in them. We use this as an on-boarding tool to make sure everyone goes through a consistent set of information to ensure everyone is using the same processes. Intuitive interface and simple structure actually make this a surprisingly powerful and flexible tool for managing many aspects of a professional services business IP. Cons Lack of advanced whiteboarding features compared to complex tools, No Gantt charts or calendar views for project planning. No dislikes. Great software to share and capture knowledge. At first it can take quite some time for your business to find all the great functions this software has to offer. Once you have learned everything, the whole process is so simple and very helpful. It's free-form nature, whilst giving massive flexibility, means you need to spend some time to plan out a structure. We started a bit too ad-hoc and needed to restructure how we store data. I would recommend creating a steering team (any proper implementation should have one!). We were an early user and new features have continuously been added.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We found SamePage to be a great way to apply communication and feedback tools for work collaboration. It provides us with functions including internal chats and video conferencing as well as an internal section for synchronising files of all kinds in the cloud. The most useful feature for our company is the task assignment function in the calendar that is shared with all collaborators. We find this program useful as it offers a full set of collaboration tools to create feedback between employees. It has chat and video call tools and various file sharing. It also offers the option of scheduling group calendars for scheduling tasks. It has a lot of features and you can use it across multiple platforms. You can make a spreadsheet or a text file in it, add images, create schedules and assign tasks, and make a mindmap for brainstorming ideas. You can organize everything into folders, which is nice and there's a board view for tasks. Samepage is an ultimate team collaboration platform. It helped to get everyone on the same page. - The user interface is intuitive and visually beautiful. - Easy to manage tasks. - Simple to set agenda and to-do work from the work planning page. - Collaborative group chat, and multiple task board builder. Samepage increases the collaborative spirit in the team. It helps to accomplish tasks faster with teamwork. On the positive side, it's very easy to send files, communicate and bring the team on one page. Ui is very appealing and user friendly. Cons It is disconcerting that the application does not have an automatic backup of the information that is transmitted through its meeting rooms that are deleted when there is interference of internet connection or unexpected failures in our servers and has made us lose important information of task assignments or attachments. As an unfavorable point we get that it does not provide an option of reservations or backups within the meeting rooms, causing that by some unexpected closure everything previously shared in that room is lost, which leads to a disarticulation of the scheduled tasks or important files already shared. Compared to the more popular, similar software out there, this one seems really lackluster. It has a lot of features, sure, but everything about it looks unpolished. It's nice to have a mindmapping feature, but this one looks like it was something designs from over ten years ago with how unprofessional it looks. I think that's my main gripe with everything about it--it looks dated and unfinished. There aren't many things I disliked about this tool. The message notification not reliably working for me.
