Method Grid allows us to map anything our team does. Very simple grid system. Highly flexible. It allows to display documents, external links, videos, checklist, images and cloud documents. Easy, quick and fast to pickup. Organises memorialize and project data and process steps. User friendly. Intuitive tool. This is absolutely an amazing tool to manage your projects with your organization. Our business project management has significantly improved and makes everything much easier. The great thing about Method Grid is that you can provide updates and comments to your team members. It offers great customization features that many will enjoy. Method Grid is an intuitive way to store knowledge for easy retrieval by other members of our team. It is totally configurable to fit your processes and set up a taxonomy that works for your business. Colleagues find it much easier to find the current, approved information they need than storing in a network or cloud drive due to the structural design being consistent with our processes. The software is constantly being enhanced with new features and the team is highly responsive to suggestions for improvements. It's now possible to clone grids and have checklists in them. We use this as an on-boarding tool to make sure everyone goes through a consistent set of information to ensure everyone is using the same processes. Intuitive interface and simple structure actually make this a surprisingly powerful and flexible tool for managing many aspects of a professional services business IP. Cons Lack of advanced whiteboarding features compared to complex tools, No Gantt charts or calendar views for project planning. No dislikes. Great software to share and capture knowledge. At first it can take quite some time for your business to find all the great functions this software has to offer. Once you have learned everything, the whole process is so simple and very helpful. It's free-form nature, whilst giving massive flexibility, means you need to spend some time to plan out a structure. We started a bit too ad-hoc and needed to restructure how we store data. I would recommend creating a steering team (any proper implementation should have one!). We were an early user and new features have continuously been added.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Although at first I did not think this system would be suitable for our business (HR & Business Consulting), after a thorough initial consultation with their business development manager Marko, he helped us to understand how it could (and has!) save us hours in time and productivity. The ability for us to track time, allocate tasks and communicate efficiently on projects with both our internal employees and external consultants has saved significant amounts of co-ordination time and got rid of manual spreadsheets. We love the reporting function that is easy to use and lets you set it up exactly as you want rather than always have to "just make do" with standard reports. Our time spent on billing each month has also significantly reduced with easy integration with Quickbooks. My questions are always answered quickly and efficiently by the customer support team and they always find a way to achieve what you are asking for. Would highly recommend this product. It has everything our company needs for project and team management. It is a very easy and intuitive tool to use and saves us a lot of time. In addition, the customer service team is fast, efficient and friendly. If you need any adaptations that can be made, they will do it. A comprehensive tool that suits to track time, schedule plans, manage people in organization and keep all the financial data in one place. In our organization, it's been one of the most important tools that are adjustable for different needs e.g. C-level managers, other employees, contractors, and specialists from different departments. Cons We have struggled to find any to date. Any suggestions that we have that would make this product better are already on their "future development list". Undiscovered for now! For the time being, we have not found any major shortcomings. Currently, I haven't found any cons. Even if there are no features, the Productive crew helps to create customized solutions.
