	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We are a company that provides various services and sell products, just like most of us use Zix. We deal heavily with PHI, personal well-being information, along with SS and also everything else necessary to apply for security coverage for our needs. Transferring this data safely and quickly is a great relief. Encrypting emails is also very easy and, more importantly, easy for our customers. Cons I would ask Zix to develop smaller licensing packages. I am unhappy that we have to buy bigger packages, when we only need a few. If a competing service appears with better rates, after that, I will consider leaving Zix to avoid paying licenses that I don't need.
