Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like that I can see all the apps, to help members apply to. I like that I can have easy access to log in MeridianLink Opening is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple for both staff and members to complete the application process. The platform is efficient in data entry, reducing manual input and helping speed up onboarding and loan processing. Its streamlined workflow improves productivity and minimizes errors, allowing for a smoother overall experience. I really enjoy the filter function of the application. I also like the ability of sending DocuSign. I am a Trainer a small credit union. I facilitate the training for loan navigation and we truly enjoy using Meridianlink Modern Experience. This was a huge improvement from the original view. Navigation is easy and the look is easy o the eyes. The Accessibility is nice and it flows well between screens/tabs I Like that it carries over information from our banking system for members Cons I do not have in cons at the moment. I have been new to the system The platform can occasionally lag, particularly during peak usage times, which can slow down workflow efficiency. There are also instances where errors occur, requiring additional time to troubleshoot or reprocess applications, which can impact productivity and the overall user experience. Inability of seeing active app review or updated app I have seen great improvements in the system. The only con I can think of is that is too many options on the columns in the Queues. How bland it can look- a lot of the tab's ad screens look the same so unless you're used to it can be easy to get lost
