Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros This is the best program that I have seen to track Membership information and finances. I have looked at other available programs but this one is very user friendly and they have the best support staff that you could ask for. Very thorough for detailed reporting and the backup system is excellent. I have used it for over 13 years now and I love it! When you pull a member up in the system everything about them is right there on the members screen! When I have a question and I call or email anyone at Income, I know I will get a response quickly, not days later. When you go to a conference it is hands on and they show you new ways to be more efficient! MTP is easy to use. Auto payments on the MTP App really make it easy for members. Mostly I like the conferences and I miss them. Always a great networking event. Super organized, very well done! I’m always excited to attend and meet people from all over the U.S. and Canada! Jon and his team provide the best customer service! They have helped me out during non-working hours and have always resolved any issues that our training facility might have encountered whether it was actually MTP or if it was an issue caused by other software. I love the ability of creating my own user defined reports. I love the integration of the web portal and the admin interface. Jon and his team helped our training facility create a fully functioning LMS for our newly developed online curriculum to integrate with MTP. Very powerful member tracking program that is consistently adding features and expanding it abilities. Cons If there is something you don't like you simply tell them and they will come up with something you will like so I don't have any cons..... I miss the conference! I hope that next year Covid is no longer a concern and we are able to get together again! The only con about the system that I have is that I wish the Endorsed Candidates section was set up like the Contractor page so that more information could be put in for each Candidate. None that come to mind. I have had a positive experience. I would like to be able to have the ability to change the way some of the templates look so that we could use them based off of our needs. Depending on computer screen resolution, it can mess with how the interface appears. Sometimes all the words can't be seen and sometimes some of the font is large on some headings but normal on other headings. No cons that I can think of. Any requests that we have made have been addressed quickly.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros My favorite thing about Raklet is the flexibility it provides. Implementations and customizations are always easy. We're very content with their platform. Many advanced features for its price point. Great platform to host members and collect fees. Zapier integrations are a huge plus. So easy to manage members! This is an all-in-one platform, so we don't have to pay for different features to different software platforms. Having everything under a single system has been very practical and economical. As we are a hiking club, we do loads of both paid and free events; Raklet allows us to create events and market them to our members, transact payments through their platform, and create tiered memberships for exclusive events. Also, compared to its alternatives, Raklet is cheaper and way more cost-effective considering their features and integrations! A lot cheaper than most other platforms! Their pricing plans made sense and actually lived up to the promises. Cons There haven't been any notable issues for us so far! Just a few bugs that they quickly took care of. We had a lot of customization requests and it took a longer time on their end. We were aware that we were asking for a lot though, so we weren't in that much of a hurry. The price was also fair considering the effort it took. Getting our members used to the platform took a while but once we were all in, it got very easy to manage everything. No major problems! App sometimes can get laggy and buggy; yet, both of their support and engineering teams are quite fast and helpful fixing details and bugs we've came across throughout our time using the platform up until now. The mobile app has some problems but their engineering team is fast to respond and our members don't use the app that much anyway.
