Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - Customizable software - Constant support and with the same manager - New features every few months - Weekly trainings, normally the reception staff and external doctors vary constantly, this function is essential for us, we do not have to invest time in training new staff Cons There is no negative point, perhaps, the time it takes to customize the software, about 7 days.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It’s easy to understand when first learning and the functions are quite simple. The icons make sense and with the right help should be fine. cheap cost is about the only positive I can think of for this software Cons You cannot go back if you make a mistake you have to be extra careful in every situation but there is no room to fix an error which can be very stress inducing if you are just starting out. You have to make sure everything is done manually first before having the confidence to rely on it to do everything for you. A little bit outdated and the support system is not that great as it takes a lot of time for the help desk to reach out and help not cloud based so updates are difficult. Not great for multiple clinics. Online booking is disastrous. reminders not great for texting. Hard to access remotely so doctors and physios don't like it
