Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We started using Manatal about six months ago to support both our recruitment and business development operations. The software was easy to learn and our team picked it up quickly without much training. Since we had limited launch capital, a great thing for us is that you can literraly get started in minutes, and that you can pay on a monthly basis with costs that don't break the bank. Manatal is very easy to use and fits perfectly into our daily recruitment workflow. The candidate pipeline is clean and simple to manage, and the LinkedIn integration makes sourcing and enriching profiles much faster. I also like how easy it is to collaborate with teammates and assign roles or candidates without confusion. Manatal’s interface is clean and easy to navigate, making it simple to manage candidates, clients, and job postings all in one place. The CRM-ATS integration is a major plus; it helps our consultants stay on top of communication and follow-ups without switching platforms. I also appreciate the AI-driven candidate suggestions, which save time during sourcing. Their support team is also incredibly responsive and helpful when we need assistance. This software has been a game-changer for our recruitment process - it has streamlined operations and made them more efficient. The ability to easily access and update candidate information has been a major plus, and the simplicity of the process is a real plus. This has been particularly helpful during these challenging times, as we've had to make adjustments due to the pandemic and other unforeseen events. It is amazing to have the opportunity to construct a pipeline that is tailored to a particular job. We have the ability to set up an infinite number of pipelines and recruitment phases with just a few clicks of the mouse. We are able to customize our hiring processes to meet the requirements of each individual position since the entry-level, intermediate, and senior positions that we are looking to fill differ so greatly from industry to industry. Being able to make changes as needed is, therefore, a huge benefit to us. Cons The career page can be translated to many languages but not in the local Thai language. This can be a hurdle when asking candidates to apply when they are not proficient in English. There are quite a lot of features so while the software is easy to use on the surface, some advanced features require some work to setup. That being said there are some great videos guides to make that process easier. The reporting dashboard could offer more customization. While the built-in reports cover the basics, more flexibility in filtering and exporting data would be helpful for performance tracking and client reporting. I can't think of anything significant to complain about. The primary advantage is that it has decreased the amount of manual work, giving us more time for other projects. One thing that would be helpful is the addition of features for more in-depth candidate assessments, like skills tests or video interviews. I'd like the search bar to apply for candidates who have been removed from the current pool of candidates but are still in the system for some reason. I'm not able to do that right now because I need to unarchive the candidates first before it can work.		Pros from Real Users Pros Workable makes it easier to integrate and connect with our website; It helps us filter the candidates more appealing to each job opening; Adding teams to work together is the main feature for us; Awesome way to create forms; Very intuitive. Managers, even with limited tech backgrounds, could easily navigate the system with little help. I also love the flexibility - it allows users to customize information at every stage and ensures information is always accurate. Love it. Customer Service team is incredible. Very quick in response and always provided thorough information. Seamless candidate pipeline management. The tool is very easy to use, and I love how I can loop in colleagues that are involved in the interview process. I like "Workable" because it is user= friendly. It gives just enough information that you need to decide step 1: Does the person meet the qualifications for the position?? Next, I appreciated seeing a cover letter and a CV. Lastly, it kept updating our college with other candidates who applied. Workable is a best hiring platform. Automated tools helps in hiring best candidate for our company. Streamline the process.
