Pros from Real Users Pros easy to use, with not too many features that it becomes confusing to use, seems to be constantly updated. Maintainly has a very simple setup process. Layout and navigation is very intuitive. Seeing tasks and completing work for the users is straightforward and not cumbersome in any way. While remaining simple to use, it still has loads of built in customization and automation options to build robust processes and workflows. As a very small company, we were looking for ease of use for the end user, simplicity and speed in getting setup to start utilizing, and a price point that was not prohibitive to our company's size and needs - and that's what we got with Maintainly. Once everything is inputed , it is a quick and easy app. Easy to create reports monthly. easy to go back and see the work done. Love the option for tags and pictures. Works perfectly with our small company. I like the ease of creating tasks and how easy it is to add checklists. The reports are easy to use and once it is in excel the columns can be modified or deleted to suit your particular needs.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Amazing software for maintenance management and work order management. Saved us a lot of time and energy. The reporting feature is especially great, as it allows me to easily keep an eye on all projects and tasks at once. I can also customize it to suit my needs, which is a huge plus! The customer service team has been great as well - they've always been available to provide help whenever I need it. It's an incredibly intuitive and comprehensive platform that makes task management, service reporting, work order management, and other features extremely easy to manage. It has allowed us to streamline our workflow and manage tasks more effectively. Also, mobile app makes the whole maintenance process easier. Cons Everything works perfectly just as it should. Thank you! App sometimes crashes, but thankfully everything is saved in cloud. App loading time and implementation process and resources provided. Had to refresh the app in order for data to load fully. Our service reports are now easier to read and the work order management system is incredibly efficient.
