Seeing tasks and completing work for the users is straightforward and not cumbersome in any way. While remaining simple to use, it still has loads of built in customization and automation options to build robust processes and workflows. As a very small company, we were looking for ease of use for the end user, simplicity and speed in getting setup to start utilizing, and a price point that was not prohibitive to our company's size and needs - and that's what we got with Maintainly. Once everything is inputed , it is a quick and easy app. Easy to create reports monthly. easy to go back and see the work done. Love the option for tags and pictures. Works perfectly with our small company. I like the ease of creating tasks and how easy it is to add checklists. The reports are easy to use and once it is in excel the columns can be modified or deleted to suit your particular needs. Customized KPIs , PM Calendar and many more features are the most useful for decisions. Cons All suggestions are positively noted and analyzed by Manwinwin Support. The mobile Apps have only a few features developed, however the development team is planning to add more features. The clients'/ users' feedback is very important and most of the developments answer their needs/suggestions. Some menus could be improved for easy access - nothing serious. There's no much cons that I can say because all the things that I need is in the software already. It's very difficult to find anything not like in this software. but I can say that it's a prototype universal software for any type of assets, So ManWinWin software does not have a customized dashboard.
