Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros When I started using it for my mail in which i respond to many cases of support requests, I could immediately see how easy it is to use. I installed the app, connected my inbox and the inbox where the support requests are coming to and I was able to immediately assign emails to my colleagues. I can use my support account now in a more organized way, where I can see who from my team is responsible for each support request. If something is completed, you mark it as resolved and the email gets out of the way. The team loves the simplicity it brought to our daily work with support accounts. Cons Nothing specifically I don’t dislike, since both, the Mac and the Windows apps are very fast and intuitive - It would however help if there would be a web version available for Chrome OS.		Pros from Real Users Pros All tools in one place — Mail, Drive, VPN, Calendar — make work simple and efficient. Seamless sync across devices keeps everything smooth and effortless, with flexible plans for any need. Trustworthy service from Switzerland. So its Europe. proton meets all legal requirements, so it is perfect for business. Availability is very good. I like the fact that it was constructed around account safety and it has a fresh interface. It has a lot of features and it is quite affordable for regular users. - Easy to use, - Open source, - Possible to use with a custom domain (requires a premium subscription), - Privacy orientated (something truly rare these days!) The web client is great for all my needs, and ProtonMail is a privacy-respecting e-mail provider, based on Switzerland. The # draw is that this is a secure, privacy-focused email alternative. It also has a very sleek interface. Can encrypt if you want, or not. All settings are available and it is easy to set up everything. Have a free version that I am currently using and it is not restricted in any way. Allows for two-factor authorization. ProtonMail offers encrypted emails, so it's a good option for those looking for a more private, secure email service compared to the bigger ones out there like Gmail and Outlook. It's got fairly priced options, and the free version isn't too bad either. I love that my emails are end to end encrypted. I found out that Gmail reads my emails and I quickly signed up for the free version.
