About
Lokalize is the localization tool for KDE software and other free and open source software. It is also a general computer-aided translation system (CAT) with which you can translate OpenDocument files (*.odt). Translate-Toolkit is used internally to extract text for translation from .odt to .xliff files and to merge translation back into .odt file. Lokalize Windows installers are also available to download from the binary-factory. These versions don’t contains the translations and are intended for testing purpose. Get involved and help us making them better! Translation Memory (TM) now keeps track of where each translation pair came from. So when you want to search for string in the files on disk, you just drag the directory with those files onto translation memory tab (F7) to update TM, wait a minute or two, then type your string into right field of Translation Memory tab, then press Enter.

About
xliff.ai is a browser-based computer-assisted translation editor for freelance translators, reviewers, localization teams and agencies working with translation files. It opens and edits XLIFF 1.2/2.0, SDLXLIFF, MQXLIFF, PO, XLSX and CSV files locally, without uploading them, and exports edited content in its source format. Users can translate and review segments, run 15 quality checks, import translation memories and glossaries, use concordance and find-and-replace, and export TMX, bilingual or review workbooks, QA reports and pseudo-translated files. The editor includes keyboard layouts for Trados Studio and memoQ, autosave and undo. Optional AI review and translation can use a provider API key; text is sent to the selected provider only when the AI action runs. The editor can work offline after installation in a supported desktop browser.
