We added a customized 'Inbound Shipments Clearance Process' which made this app wonderful and ready to use in Gulf. Ready to integrated with all e-commerce platforms and back end suppliers. We have been associated with Logixgrid for last 10 years.they have dedicated team for each department and their after sales customer service is outstanding. they keep upgrading their software ahead of time which helped us to add value to our customers hence leads to overall growth of the supply chain industry in India and overseas. their software is user friendly and easy to understand. we strongly recommend Logixgrid logistics & supply chain management system. Cons Some features like handling of lost shipments, unclaimed shipments is missing, Visual and designs to be made more attractive for front end users. if add Freight module also for heavy shipments can be a comprehensive solution for Logistics. We have not faced any issue till now. our experience is very good	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I adore the great, prompt and courteous support/advice given by OnTime 360's team of professionals at all times! Their service is second to none when compared to the 'other' global courier/logistic software support/service!! This software is extremely versatile and robust on many fronts which enhances our daily dispatching and customization on a fly. It is very easy to use and set up. OnTime 360 will make your drivers, dispatchers and billing team more efficient. The mobile app is a winner. The driver get a map to the next stop and then are able to collect PODs in the field that are instantly transmitted to you and your customers. This software truly allows smaller delivery and courier companies to operate on par with the giants. Clients can access their info online in real time. Cons I am disappointed in the tracking of the drivers. Complete tracking in real-time is only accomplished if the drivers have the app open on their hand-held at all times, which can be difficult at all times for drivers as they have to juggle other functions on their routes. Nothing really i wish it had better vehicle maintenance.
