Pros: I really enjoy using the Tookan platform because it is fully customizable and it is able to be to be white-labeled.

Cons: Time capture features doesn’t meet my current needs.

Overall: The Tookan platform has saved us thousands of dollars over the seven years and has allow us to have a competitive edge over our competitors. I would highly recommend!

Pros: It is very easy and intuitive to use for the app user.
Easy to configure for the administrator, you can create your customized forms, allows you to modify everything you see inside the agent app, from the information you enter, photos, signatures, videos, images, among many others.
Excellent monitoring.
Includes a very good real time analysis dashboard.
Allows you to download all the information in a very easy way to go further in analyzing results and creating new strategies.

Cons: For us we have had a great experience so far, we hope to continue in this way.

Overall: We have been using it since 2021 and is simply one of the best applications for picking and delivery.

Pros: This app is amazing and is easy to use, I like the design and all the information is easy to find. Never have major issue with it.

Cons: Some time if there is a unit number at the front it will bring me to a different location

Overall: So far so good, if they can fix the issue above. It will be wonderful, not happen all the time but some time is will become a headache

Pros: It is easy to use, has very useful location and tracking plugins, accessible on cell phones and computers.

Cons: After a certain number of months the information cannot be extracted from the tickets.

Overall: For my part, they only need to improve the number of months in which the tickets can be extracted, there is information from more than a year that is not necessary and we cannot extract it.

Pros: Tookan has so many features that can apply in different industries. Support has been very good as well.

Our Company use Tookan for different services and all of these are doing pretty well.

Cons: Sometimes communication with support can take a while because of the time zones.
Lacking some features still.

Pros: Tookan simplifies my tasks of scheduling tasks to our artisans in the following ways.
1. I can see who is available per time and their location.
2. This helps reduce our travel time which aids our customer experience and reduce transportation cost/operational cost.
3. Tookan makes communication easy with our workforce, the best for me is Tookan allows our client see the location of our artisans with Possible ETA as they travel to their location.
4. Lastly Tookan gives us the ability to get direct feedback and customer rating from our clients which allows us make necessary changes to better their experience.

Cons: Nothing for now, everything looks good, Tookan management is very innovative so as am thinking of a something most times the functional required is already catered for, it's just a matter explaining how to do it.

Overall: Tookan overall is the best scheduling app I have uses so far and it's very cheap compared to others. It's equally very easy to use and easily tailored to different use cases.

Pros: - They have the best Price Plans which help SMEs to use them without any pressure.
- Support is immediate.

Cons: - The dashboard can be improved. The filter of date is a little annoying.

Overall: Tookan is a seamless service so far for us. The prices are the best and we have the best experience with their customer service. The response time is immediate whenever there is a need for support. So with Tookan's solution, we won't be in need of creating our own app as it completely serves the purpose.

Pros: The platform allows you to manage teams, by region, allows you to control agent tracking, route optimization allows us to make faster deliveries and have a view of the status of tasks.
In general, I think it is a very good tool, it provides enough options to carry out logistics work.

Cons: The creation of templates is usually a bit confusing and limited, however it works wonderfully.
Auto Allocation should be able to restart if the task does not find an available agent, currently you must select retry to be able to relocate it, I think this would give the platform more autonomy.

Overall: We have learned a lot with Tookan, over two years we have been able to make shipments to our town and provide quality service to our customers.

Customer service is fast enough, they have constant updates and are aware of any variation in sales.

Pros: It’s a good product for on demand utility. Assignment route optimization and it’s innovating every day.

Cons: If you have a lot of routes it doesn't divide it (per driver) accordingly to distance between each other you have to divide it manually.

Overall: Good experience. If you have needs such as creating an on demand company it’s excellent so you won't regret it.

Pros: Tookan delivery system, is one of best systems for last mile and logistics, we’ve tested the service for over 6 months, it’s super easy to use and very efficient it helped us to grow our business, and whenever we ran into a challenge their technical and support team resolve it in a timely manner.

Cons: There’s nothing major, just speeding up new integrations process would be great as added value.

Overall: Overall the service is unmatched with any other provider we have tried, their team is professional, and very responsive.

Pros: Quality of tracking link is high (the map refreshes itself every 2-3 seconds). This makes the tracking itself enjoyable and more accurate. Other tracking partners that i've tried had refreshes every 20-30 seconds which causes "jumping" effects on the map.

Cons: The Tookan members are usually located in other parts of the world so you'll have to take time differences into account.

Lay-out of the dashboard looks complex. They can definitely make it more simple.

Overall: Initially I was skeptical because i couldn't find a lot of information online but I'm really glad that i decided to give it a shot. Haven't regretted it ever since and Tookan definitely exceeded my expectations.
