Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Price - you are not paying for more than you need. Cloud based - This was a lifesaver during the Covid transition to remote work. Made Collaboration across multiple teams super easy and intuitive. Stable - Has never crashed in my use. Intuitive data import process - I was able to import 50,000+ gift records, and I"m not an IT person. Cons It's not as pretty and full featured as some of the more expensive products. Not as many visual graphs / metrics built in.
