• Technical Support staff incredibly helpful, diligent. Value has historically been outstanding in my view.

• The battery lasts a super long time.... probably close to 2 weeks .....the tracking is usually precise. There have been a few times where the satellite must get hung up and the location is a few miles off but this is definitely the exception.
• Love being able to tell an account how far out my trucks are. Checking time and milage. And showing drivers better ways to go next time.
• The features are excellent. I like all the features, especially the ones that let you know how your driver is doing. The driver score helps out a lot keeps me from having bad people in my car.
• The product is great and easy to use. It gives us up to the minute tracking on our trucks. It’s great to get reports every morning in our email to see how guys are driving and making sure they are being safe. Also helps to prove to customers we were at the houses and how long they were in the Job.
• The customer service rep was professional and concerned, English is her first language, no guessing or assuming. Olivia was detailed and had follow through with everything she faced. Yes Safari does work properly with Linxup now.
• These are the easiest and most reliable trackers we have used for our cars. Easy plug and play. The app is great as well as the web portal. Customer service is quick and painless. I always get to speak with someone when I call. Email responses are great.
• Very easy to install, how fast it connects to the system, there's nothing complicated about it, just literally plug and go!
• I had someone borrow a piece of Equipment and told no one about it. I had it located in 5 mins and 10 mins later I had a guy there looking at it on the job site.
