	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Wappbiz is amazing! Bulk messaging is smooth, and their customer support is super helpful. I like the chatbot feature the most. I could build a chatbot specific to my requirements without coding. This feature has helped me in getting more orders as all customers can get basic information 24/7 from the chatbot and I don't have to be available all the time. I was also happy to receive the assistance from their support for understanding the process of building chatbot. Very Smooth work flow, easy to implement and saves a lot of time, I am using this for my business work and lead generation. Cons Few Integrations on website but they have custom integrations. I also get orders from facebook and Instagram, it would have been great to use these functions there as well. New in the Market, Need to work on multiple Integration, But for WhatsApp Broadcasting and automation with lead queries it's very smooth
