	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - extremely friendly for the user - immediate in its usage - nicely structured - customer service super efficient User-friendly and very good customer service. Every time there is a request, they answer as soon as possible. - Simple and intuitive app design, making it accessible for all users - Easy to use, with straightforward navigation and features I currently use that solution to book desks in my company, and I find it particularly appealing due to its clear and intuitive visual design, which makes the process both efficient and enjoyable. User-friendly and excellent support in case of any issues. The app interface is also good and well designed Cons - sometimes bugs happen and they block some feature, but it happens to any other tool :) Sometimes the app crashes or has bugs, but Support resolve the problem as soon as possible. - Limited customization options, which might not meet all user needs - Recurring bugs that can affect the user experience There is probably still some work to be done to improve the accessibility of the tool. At the moment, it does not seem to be fully compliant with WCAG regulations. Sometimes bugs are created, which are then promptly resolved without any problems
