About

LEV Ready is LEV records software from Fabora Platform Ltd for managing LEV and extraction asset records across sites, areas and equipment. It is built for UK workshops and industrial businesses using extraction systems: fabrication shops, welding and engineering workshops, grinding and fettling areas and foundries. LEV Ready keeps a LEV asset register with routine checks, service records, thorough examination and LEV testing records, corrective actions, documents and photos against each asset. Teams generate printable QR labels so staff can scan equipment on the workshop floor and open the right record, export PDF asset reports, and use dashboards and email reminder digests to keep overdue and due soon work visible. LEV Ready organises records and supports audit readiness. It does not carry out LEV testing or thorough examination and does not guarantee compliance. Competent review and legal responsibility stay with the business.

About

Pi3D is a Windows application that turns a 3D model supplied as a STEP file into workshop documentation for manufacturers and engineering teams working with sheet-metal and welded assemblies. It generates bills of materials, detail drawings, ballooned assembly drawings, flat patterns, cutting contours for laser, plasma and waterjet, press-brake bend sequences, weld drawings to ISO 2553 with seam measurements, operation lists, and printable A4–A0 sheets with a custom title block. Pi3D does not replace or modify the originating CAD system; it runs separately without an add-in or extra library. It runs on the user's own machine, keeping models on-site rather than uploading them to the cloud. The product comes with a one-time perpetual license and support, with no monthly or annual fee. Customers can submit a STEP file to receive a sample document set at no charge.
