WPSAmerica is an online welding software platform that simplifies the creation and management of welding documents, including Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), Welder Performance Qualification Records (WPQR), and Welder Qualification (WPQ) reports. The software supports multiple structural steel welding codes, such as AWS D1.1, D1.2, D1.3, D1.5, D1.6, D9.1, D17.1, AWS B2.1, as well as ASME codes for boiler, piping, and pressure vessel applications. Users can generate industry-standard welding procedures online within minutes, regardless of their location, and access a library of over 10,000 AWS prequalified WPSs, which are code-checked in accordance with AWS D1.1 (Steel), D1.3 (Sheet Steel), and D1.6 (Stainless Steel) for processes like SMAW (Stick), GMAW (MIG), FCAW, and SAW. The platform is designed to be user-friendly, requiring minimal computer knowledge, and operates entirely online without the need for software downloads.
